Hyperion Essbase interview with the internal Business Intelligence director was unnecessary longer in duration. This position was internal (not client-side staffing) a part of their internal IT and Finance department. I went through multiple conversations with various members of internal teams, which quite frankly became a little non-productive after some time BUT on a positive note, I was able to observe and correctly identify some red flags as a result of this lengthy process, and am overall thankful for going through it, and satisfied with my decision to turn down their offer. You can definitely observe red flags in leadership's speech and behavior when you undergo behavioral interview questions with them. Their offer of lower salary was the final nail in turning down the deal.
