The interview process was great. Phone interview and two virtual interviews to meet management. Phone interview is brief compared to the one hour virtual interviews. Be prepared to spend one hour for each face to face or virtual interview.
Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
