Phone interview, great and friendly and to the point interview. I have had 3 interviews with 3 different women and they were all very welcoming. We talked about what I could provide to the team and what the position entailed.

The interviewers had a lot of candidates, so I had to wait around an hour. The interview started off formally and with a technical interview regarding Excel. I was asked to sort data, generate charts, and make a pivot table. Halfway through, the interview became more casual. At the end, I was given a quick tour of the workplace.

He asked about my experience with Microsoft programs, and about my prior experience creating a mailing list for a website. He described the process of being part of a temp agency, and asked whether or not this is what I was looking for. Then he asked if I wanted him to clarify anything he talked about.
