I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Randstad in Sep 2019
Interview
Phone call with Randstad recruiter, then one interview with Vanguard participant services leadership. Behavioral questions, a few minutes to read a case, questions about how we would handle the case, then more behavioral questions.

Interview
First there was an email thread exchanged, then there was a phone interview that was supposed to be 10 minutes but lasted 20 because the interviewer liked to talk. The in-person interview was just STAR questions, behavior-based interview, followed by a written test (fill in the blank)
