Heard back after 6 - 8 weeks after applying for a position.
Applied for a different position and was interviewed for another position in the same domain.
1 hour long interview/meeting.
** Very misleading online job postings - Have been told that the responsibilities, experience in the online job posting are willingly kept at a lower level to attract more applicants and the actual list of job requirements,experience & skills is different and at a higher level. **

Processo lineare nella fase di colloquio, feedback costanti e puntuali durante tutto il processo. Poche barriere tra hr e professionista, formalità ridotta al necessario. Cordialità al centro e rispetto per il candidato.

Wenig fachliche tiefe, dafür viel Selbstdarstellung. Insgesamt ein angenehmes, aber belangloses Geplänkel. Dauerte zirka 45 Minuten lang. Meine Fragen wurden zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Naja, Personalbranche halt: Malen schöne bunte Unternehmensbilder, aber hinter der Leinwand schaut es anders aus.
