They call all the time, and they can be helpful but they never opt for a simple e-mail. I even asked the recruiter to send me an e-mail instead of calling and they didn't. It can get annoying.

You will have an Aptitude test followed by meeting with hr and then manager. Fairly informal. And friendly. Helps to read up about the company and talk about their annual report. They appreciate if you have done back ground work.

No relevant questions asked, no leading questions about the role in it self, not organised. Would have been ideal if there had a panel of two interviewers not three. This was the easy interview
