The interview process consisted of an initial phone call, where questions were asked about my university degree and why I applied for this placement. Then this was followed by the actual interview, which was then followed by an assessment centre.

Interview
The first stage was a basic application form followed by a short chat with the hiring manager. This was then followed by a longer video call with the same person. I was then invited to an assessment centre with around 20 other candidates. Having passed this, I was invited to interview again with the senior hiring manager (I had 2 interviews as both managers wanted to interview me) plus some follow up chats with other team members.

Was good, didn’t feel too pressured and felt at ease with Sarah and George. Had a few telephone conversations with George before having a proper interview with Sarah. After the interview Sarah brought me in to try me on the phones. George also checked how interview went and kept in contact
