Interview
Started with a phone call a lovely lady called Laura contacted me after i applied for the role online. She sold the company to me and made me feel at ease.
Then i had a skype interview with a guy called Dean who again sold the company to me giving me advice and help in what i needed for the next interview stage. It went very fast the whole procedure but they were very transparent from the start not giving me false hope.
Finally had an face to face interview with Josh and Chris. From the start i felt at ease although i was very nervous as i wanted the job. They asked me questions related to the job and about me did not care what i had on my cv.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture

There will be scenarios to test your response to rejections from clients and candidates - to get an understanding of how well you respond to rejections/queries in terms of behaviour and tactfulness
Was a very quick interview to see my understanding of the role and how I could apply myself and why I wanted the role. Also wanted to gauge how I would fit into the culture
easy process, 3 stages typically.
nice people, good questions, happy to answer any questions had as well. good to know about company in good detail. good environment in office too.
