The interview process was efficient and well structured. I met with numerous cross functional leaders, gave a "Business Case" presentation to a panel on my strategy for success in the role, and had a top notch experience all the way around. The Business Recruiting Manager who helped me through the entire process was incredibly responsive, helpful, and relatable. The first impression she gave me was a large contributor as to why I accepted this role despite being in the fortunate situation of having multiple offers coming in at once. The leaders at Ramp are very thoughtful in their approach to finding talent, and they are also very down to earth and humble despite their impressive resumes and long lists of accomplishments.
