Interviewer messaged me on LinkedIn, asking for a resume for a managing consultant position. I sent mine over, about a week later did a phone screen, then an in-person interview at the office a week following that. Very nice people, professional. Given an offer, but declined because of the distance - chose a different company much closer to home.
