it was around 40 mins. they were nice and direct with what they were expecting from the staff. also mentioned free food and transportation if you were travelling in from nyc

It was a fairly laid back interview. The questions were quirky but that added to the environment. Then was asked scenario questions about what I would do as a counselor if a camper/parent/boss did or said this.
