It was a fairly laid back interview. The questions were quirky but that added to the environment. Then was asked scenario questions about what I would do as a counselor if a camper/parent/boss did or said this.

very quick and friendly interview. they really care about your answers and have a lot of questions to ask. very simple. the interview is mostly behavioral in terms of the types of questions they ask
