Interview
I had worked for the company prior to my application for Ralph Lauren Rugby. Therefore most of the formalities were waived but I did have to retake the exam of questions pertaining to workplace "What would you do?" Basically it was questions like; " if someone offered you a marijuana cigarette 20 minutes before your shift, would you smoke it and go to work?" Answers were given on a scale of disagree, slightly disagree, agree slightly, agree... So pretty obvious haha
The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.
