The entire process took over a month. HR contacted me to set up a time and date. The interview process was extremely casual (to the point that it is uncomfortable). Was told on the spot that she liked me and was going to set up a time for me to come back for a second interview. Never heard back and so I followed up. Was told to expect a phone call in 5 days. Was told that they wouldn't be moving forward with me on the phone in less than a minute.

We were required to present a SWOT analysis as the first part of our interview, then answered a few questions. Afterwards there was a short break then a group excersize.

I've got the interveiw phone screening with Human Resource team first, they ask me the salary I want and then interveiw with hiring manager with senior manager they joined at the same time.

Recruiter reached out after I applied. I had a video interview with her first where she asked the basic questions regarding my past duties and experience and then gave me some background and info on the hiring manager. A second interview was set up with the director/ hiring manager. The director was very friendly. The interview flowed nicely and it went over the scheduled time. Honestly felt like a good match and I anticipated a second interview. I had to follow up several times in the two 1/2 weeks following the interview. The only part I did not like was that I had to follow up to find out that they had decided to move to another candidate. A call would have been awesome since I had interest in other merchandising roles. Overall a 8/10 experience!
