Very much like retail. They want to know how many years of experience you have in customer service. How would you achieve your sales goals. How would you engage with your clients? How would you go on about upselling other products?
The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.
