I have total 8 years of Experienced. The worst interview experience got in Rekuten. I guess Panel is just taking interview to make money and waisting candidate's 1.5 hr time. If you are really in panel to evolution then don't waste time for candidates. I have also been in panel for my organisation where I worked. and the right panel can evaluate the right /wrong person within 1/2 an hour. Accordingly we take more time to ask more questions to complete every topics of knowledge.
