Unprofessional HR & disorganized interview process!!
I was applied through LinkedIn & HR responded by InMail. After proposing interview schedule they disappeared for month. Again they reached out due to my follow-up email & taken the schedule for next 2 weeks. Finally the date got fixed and appeared on the interview after around 2 month.
I was surprised to see that the interviewer don't know for which position he is interviewing!! He don't have any idea about the job descriptions of the advertised position. The session was around 20 minutes & till now no response available.
I have tried to receive their feedback for couple of times but I think they love ghosting the candidates!!

Interview
I met with a number of both department and senior managers in two interviews.
Questions were not difficult and I just had to explain different scenarios.
The last interview was with an executive officer.
Interviews were painless, but I am happy that I had an agent to front the connection to HR as I have heard horror stories from people applying directly.
