Almost all are 1:1 interviews. For new graduates there will be test for Intelligence and Personality.

You will have an interview with 3-4 senior managers, they will ask you different questions.
You must show your aggressiveness.

Very bad experience. The question ask in interview was irrelevant to my profile. First you have to give the written exam and then the 2nd round will be face to face round.
