An informal chat that did not really focus on the job in hand. Questions did not seem at all structured. Was verbally told to expect another round, never heard back.

Question 1
Just an informal chat to outline my experience, nothing very probing.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Raising IT (London, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied for a job listing on Indeed. I then interviewed at their office 10 days later. The interview itself was very casual with some typical interview questions and some questions regarding my CV. After the interview, they never got back to me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Raising IT (London, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
First there was a phone interview. The Manager of the Team called me up for a short (5-10 min) interview and immediately scheduled a follow-up. Next step was an interview with the Team Manager and one of the senior team members. Following step was an interview with the COO, as head of the department. Lastly I had a 2 hour interview with the CEO. All three were quite informal, in a coffee place.

Question 1
They especially focussed on my motivation and the genuine interest I have in their business. The CEO especially asked some out of the box, personalised questions, as it is extremely important for him to hire people that fit the team culture & mindset.
