Interview process focuses more on personality and work ethic rather than job experiences. They’re looking for people who have a specific attitude that fits within their company culture. Lots of scenario based questions to see how you would react.
Was a phone call I guess due to COVID manager seems sweet waiting for second interview hope it goes well as first one. Be yourself they seem to care about crew
