I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Ceres, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process is long, but it helps the company find out who is really interested in the position. I personally had a phone interview, a zoom interview, and an in person interview where 3 managers interviewed me. I think it helps get to know the managers you will be working with to interview with more than one of them. It helped me personally to know that I got to meet them before I started so they all know who I am and I know them. Once I got hired, it took about 3 weeks to start.
