The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Metairie, LA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied for the crew member position on October 1st and then they contacted me by email that same day. I didn’t see the email they sent me because the email they use goes to spam for some apparent reason. So the next day I contacted the manager and told him I didn’t see the email can I reschedule my interview and he said yes and he would like me to come in tomorrow at 4:30. I went to the interview he asked questions then he said that they would give me a text in the next couple days. So like 3 or 4 days passed and the area recruiter contacted me and said she would like to schedule another interview with. Then I went to a second interview with her and she asked some questions and at the end she offered me the job.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
