I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Mansfield, TX) in Dec 2016
Interview
You are asked if you want a drink then seated in the restaurant usually before opening with a manager who asks about your character, personality, availability, and what you are looking for. Similar to any other average interview. If hired you return for orientation in a belt and nonslip shoes to learn about canes and it's history and you are given a tour and introduced to other crew, which you are paid for this.

Question 1
These are questions I was asked. Why do you want to work at canes/Have you heard of the benefits of working here? We encourage fun while working hard, are you outgoing? Where would you like to work, do you have a preference? What are you looking to make an hour? What hours do you want a week/when are you available? If hired, how long are you looking to stay? What are your hobbies?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
