The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raising Cane's in Sep 2016
Interview
I walked into Raising Cane's expecting to receive an application. Instead, one of the employees asked me to talk to the manager and I had to do a great first impression then and there. He immediately created an interview that Saturday in the morning and when I showed up, he told me I was already hired and wanted to see if I would show up (if I wasn't lying about working there).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The manager didn't ask any questions other than my age.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
