Rainbow Shops interview questions

I applied and got a call back after a few days. The store they “interview at” was 45 minutes from my house. When I arrived I had to fill out the application all over and write my resume by hand when I already had filled it out online (???) When she called me back she looked at my resume which has 3 years of management history in retail but none in a clothing store (Ope sorry, ✨FASHION✨) said she would hire me on as a cashier but I would be making minimum wage. I asked if there was room for growth and she replied “always” then proceeded to say she’s not even in control of the stores in my location. Wasted my time and gas. Very disappointing.
