Interview
Very short 20 minutes tops, very simple questions, friendly, ask about previous experience in retail. The job will better suit someone who does not have many responsibilities and who would rather not do much and not advance or get rewarded for the work that is performed.
The interview started on time it was a smooth interview with a nice manager, it was short but very informative about the job description. Seems like it isn't much room for growth though, we shall see how things go.

The interview is a Easy process. There's a Background check influence involved. The interview was more of a long conversation instead of a question and answer situation. There are two interviews. One with dm and one with rm. Great overall
