Honestly, 1st,look your best, you're in retail yes you will be judged on appearance. Try not to wear fake lashes, wigs, or colored hair or you will be judged as a club type. Be professional. Keep your resume along with good experience and previous dedication to your former job you are a shoe in for management (unless this is read and they switch it up) based on who's interviewing you. For Sales associate positions, just look presentable. You have a probationary period on almost every job. Do your best.
