Interview
The whole process was transparent, the HR staff was very friendly and the communication fluid. There were several role plays during the second interview and the atmosphere was very positive. There was an additional « quest » that was probably supposed to surprise me, but it didn’t. They said they like to see how people react under pressure.

Interview
There were three separate interviews and the entire interview process was transparent. I felt totally at ease at all times and my questions have been answered. It was able to get a very good impression of the company culture and the tasks.

Entretien visio +- 1 heure
Avec le responsable des recrutements et le supply chain lead. Très ouvert et agréable. Impression très bonne.
Ensuite j’ai du passer un qu’ils appelle Etudes de cas, ce genre de test est très frustrant, pendant l’étude de cas, je me rend compte qu’il ne cherche pas réellement un supply chain manager, mais un approvisionneur. Ce qui change clairement la donne, ça me démotive et je rate l’étude de cas, sans surprise je reçois une réponse négative quelques jours plus tard dans ma boîte mail.
