I applied online. I interviewed at Ragstock in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview was very quick and easy, they just want to make sure you’re reliable with good availability. They will ask questions about previous job history, ability to lift, and ability to multitask
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have reliable transportation and how far do you live from the store?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ragstock (Eden Prairie, MN) in Feb 2020
Interview
It was a "working" interview. Otherwise meaning that there wasn't anyone else at the store beside the manager on the shift. I immediately understood the type of work expectations from the fact that a proper interview couldn't be conducted apart from working.
The manger (nice) asked me questions while at the register, checking out purchases, letting customers into the changing room, and talking to customers. I was asked about my previous work experience, how I would describe myself, and my available hours.
There are no benefits and the pay was minimum wage. It seems to be a good first job for high-school students or college students, but not long term.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ragstock (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2018
Interview
The first interview was with the marketing director, super easy going and informative. The second interview was with the CEO. He asked the weirdest questions because he doesn't really know much about design.
