First phone screen taken as pretty casual, trying to get a feel for the type of candidate. Invited to corporate for in person interview. Spoke to 3 individuals at the same time. They did a great job of making it conversational and did not just fire off questions one after the other.
Easy initial screening interview. Then an interview on zoom, with another few phone interviews after. Easy offer, the negotiation process was a little odd as they may not be as aware of market in Seattle right now. It also seems as if their HR department may be understaffed at this time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Radia, Inc. P.S. (Lynnwood, WA) in Feb 2015
Interview
You enter a conference room with a number of other people. They ask you questions in a round robin style, and then you leave. Maybe only one or two people were actually prepared for the interview, the rest seemed like they were pulled last minute.

Question 1
Standard issue questions. Google 'generic interview questions' and there you go. No one in this interview asks anything 'original' by any definition of the word. My respect for them would greatly increase if they asked something absurd like, what Hogwarts House do you belong to? Seriously, could you get any more unimaginative?
