Interview
no interview really needed - they are always looking for help. This is a weekend job. Most races require 5-6 hours of your time. They train you how to time and give you a nice manual to take with you. It can be a high stress job at times but overall it is easy and they support you any time you need help. The boss is laid back and easy to work with.
