Short phone interview with consultant (external). 1 hour Teams meeting with HSE Manager. 1½ hour interview onsite. Overall HSE strategies and company profile were presented, not acutal tasks and current problems.

How do you create relations to different stakeholders?
The interview process is an assessment type interview, First interview by teams meeting and second ,an assessment styled interview in Pembroke taking about 8hrs. Also a part of the interview is to present a power point presentation on a topic communicated to you days before the assessment date which you forward to the recruitment team/assessors prior to assessment. Had to travel 1 hr to take the interview as this is mandatory.
