While RWE emphasizes its commitment to diversity and inclusion, my experience as a candidate requiring reasonable adjustments was different. Despite reaching out in advance to request an extension for the video interview due to unavoidable circumstances and accessibility needs, I received no response, and the link was allowed to expire. For an employer of this scale, it is disappointing to see a lack of human oversight in the recruitment process, especially when a candidate has already demonstrated strong potential in the initial ability tests.
