Interview
The interviewer had no IT experience which really showed. On numerous occasions I was explaining something technical and he would nervously interrupt to make a Dad joke. Or he would ask me to repeat myself because "he's 50 and can't remember things anymore." None of my 50+ friends or family act like this. At the end of the interview, completely unprompted, he announced that he would get back to me regardless of whether the client wanted to move forward and that he would NEVER ghost me. He then ghosted me. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

Interview
I am not in the right location for the role, BUT had a great interview experience and unheard of follow up with lengthy, thoughtful advice for how to better approach other opportunities. I hope to interact with RSM Solutions again.
