The interview process was extremely long due for me and I felt that ROLI employees do not have respect for other peoples time. After each interview, I would receive an interview which said they reply with feedback within 1 week. However after each interview I waited at least 2 weeks. I patiently waited a total 10 weeks and spent many hours spent on the application, questionnaire and challenge. This company does not have much respect for deadlines and seem very laid back in terms of hiring. From the interviews I gathered a sense of a lack of accountability/ownership and drive from the employees. 1. Polymath questionnaire 2. Phone interview 3. Technical challenge 4. Final interview
