NO OFFER LETTER ONLY FALSE HOPES !!!!!!!!! They will only waste your time it's better to apply for other company. If they will select you and in case you can't join early because of your notice period they will start putting conditions on you to work as a consultant or ignoring your mails. At last they will say either work as consultant or they can't give offer letter as we don't have any requirement after 20 - 25 days . Idiots you are hiring the candidate only for 20 days and after that you will throw that person from your company.
