Interview
The whole process is run swiftly and you get to be interviewed by the head of the specific business unit you will be joining. It kind of give you a view of what the workplace will be like. The questions are not as hard as you would expect them to be. Being yourself helps quite a lot because that's what they are more interested in than your achievements.

The interview process is unlike the other grad programs because the first round interview is not conducted with just an human resources employee. It's incredibly interesting but quite complex in contrast to others

Casual and informative. Tour of the plant was extensive. Received offer the next day. Yet, management changed shortly after and everything promised including the job changed. New management was unfriendly
