Interview
First there were multiple phone screens spanning over a month or so. Then I had to visit multiple project sites for on-site interviews. Those included individual as well as panel-type interviews. They also entailed creating and delivering a presentation on the spot.

Multi-step interviews with team members on telephone and physically present with hiring manager, group manager. Also included a couple of behavior-based tests. Took several weeks. Interviews were in airports and client sites where offices were made available. Never visited HQ in Canada.
