There were 3 rounds of interview - Including 1 General call, 1 Technical call with Leads and Manager , And Final Round with VP & Director.
All 3 interviews covered all the technical aspects, but were also too personal and lengthy.
I declined the offer because of these reasons:
1) Too much information has been asked beforehand.
2) The POC asked me to check with my current employer to release me or negotiate notice period - Before scheduling the Final Call (I declined)
3) The final call with one director and VP - Kishore Racham went for over 2 hours of all. Where they asked me about everything - Process, technicality, tools. (Which was okay) but also personal questions, Also took a mock call test.
After the hectic call -Multiple generic calls of HRs about my release, 1 hour of the 2nd round, and 2+ Hours of the final round, they offered me almost the same package which I was getting. While stating it is a remote role.
So unprofessional and wasted the candidate's valuable time for nothing.
I also feel that they don't respect or devalue the Staff as it is a flat structure and Recruiters being in the bottom. Because they're providing a remote opportunity and there are lot of Recruiters available.
