Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.

Interview
First was a basic online application. Once that was ‘approved’ I went through the hirevue virtual interview. Approximately 4 days later I got a call to participate in a group interview for the following week. The group interview consisted of 8 applicants (including myself) We were asked 4 questions, split up into different groups for each. We were told we would be given next steps in approximately 2 weeks.

in a group, imagine you are on an REI adventure when you end up crash landing in a deserted area. You can only keep 5 items from a list while you walk toward the next town. What do you keep.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
