Interview
First, you submit short video answers to an online interview platform. Next, a short phone interview with the manager of the specific store to which I was applying was scheduled. The phone interview allotted time was 30min to an hour.

Describe a time you received great customer service and why you thought it was so excellent.
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
