      UX Designer Interview

      Mar 2, 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Seattle, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at REI (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2018

      Interview

R1: Phone call with hiring manager, 1hr Interview was casual, standard questions asked, non-adversarial and was encouraging. R2: In person interview, 3hrs long, 3 different sets of interviewers. No breaks. Everyone was friendly, patient and kind. I would suggest dressing up for the interview in a professional outfit, despite what the email from HR says.
