Group interview. Make sure to demonstrate listening skills as well as stepping up in pauses. Also ask questions and know facts about REI, this helped me quite a bit in my interview.

Q: what would you do if a customer became upset with you?
They could only offer me a part time position at 8 hours a week. It was a joke, they should not have advertised that they were hiring if they barely had any hours available.
I walked in and the manager asked me a few questions right there. He said they had just got done a round of hiring, but I gave him my name and phone number. He asked about work experience, what I was doing now (college, etc.), and about my love for the outdoors.
Over online Hirevue sent email immediately. Took about 15 minutes. a few retires, but very much like an interview without the actual human.
