Pretty quick and simple interview process for such a big company. Everyone seemed nice that I spoke to over the phone but for the most part the interview was all online. Just answering questions and recording your answers.

What is something you enjoy about customer service.
During COVID they are doing online video interviews. After I sent in my application I instantaneously got an interview invitation, so they send this without reviewing the app. It's not actually a live conversation, just a recording of you answering some questions you're given on the spot.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at REI (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2024

Your normal mid level job assessment, and questions. Make sure you have hiking, or some outdoor activity on your mind. They want to make sure you know about who they are, and what they sell.
I did an online interview first. I filmed myself answering a few questions. They called me in a few weeks later for an in person interview. Very standard interview questions, got hired on the spot
