Group interview with ridiculous activities aimed at evaluating your ability to work as part of a team. Monkeys would probably do well as it is comprised of coloring, word association and public speaking. If you're here wondering if REI does drug tests.... they "reserve the right" but it is NOT part of the hiring process that I experienced. I was never drug tested before, during or after my employment with REI.

Hirevue before Microsoft teams interview. 6 questions, three pre recorded video questions that asks about customer service. Video chat interview had 3 questions about experiences you had in precious jobs.

easy and friendly and they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. they are also very friendly and honest with you
they make you feel like you are part of the family and they help you with your mistake
Very upbeat atmosphere. Gave me a sense of what it would be like to work there. A phone call, then a group appointment/orientation and then a one to one appointment.
