Interview
There was a zoom interview with a director and BCBA, then a tour around the location and then a talk with HR about pay, PTO etc. The BCBA director didnt know anything about PTO, paid holidays, and pay.

The BCBA asked clinical questions which included "What is your process when it comes assessments?", "What assessments have you implemented?", "What do you say to a parent who is on the fense with ABA?" and "What do you say when an RBT is saying that an intervention is not working after a week?"
