I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RCM&D
Interview
Fair interview. Felt good going into the interview. During the interview process, I felt as though I made a connection with the hiring manager. Poor follow up. Didn't hear anything following interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RCM&D (Towson, MD) in Jan 2014
Interview
Communication throughout the process was very professional and timely. They were already in the midst of the interview process, so I was able to secure an interview quickly. I met with all of the relevant decision-makers in one visit, although that was probably a quirk of how everyone's schedules worked out. Initially I was informed that I would go through one interview, and then brought back for a second one. The environment is very professional. Most of the employees were in suit and tie or other business attire. It was my impression that a potential employee's presentation was as important as many other qualifications. After all, they were hiring for a client facing position.
