RCC Institute of Technology interview questions

Email questionnaire from HR person. Followed directly by an in-person hour long interview. I was surprised I didn't get a telephone interview to pre-screen. The vibe was off with the hiring manager - he came into the interview about 5-10 minutes late, proceeded to rifle through my resume and ask questions in an unstructured way. The process threw me off. I didn't get a good feeling from the Hiring Manager and therefore declined to proceed forward.
