RAFARM interview questions

Described the position, the salary, benefits. It wasn't mentioned the reason that each year the manager was left the company. The job description was described. They mentioned permanent contract and at the job offer and the first day the contract yearly and mentioned that they will renew it to permanent after the year.

The interview was done with two people at the same time, the HR director and QC manager. That was kind of weird since it was like taking two different interviews simultaneously. The QC manager elaborated on the job position while I was asked about my background. The HR director kept on asking general questions. It could have been a two or three step interview. However, in this way I got an offer way faster than I expected.
