R3volved interview questions

Through a connection at TJX I had a preliminary interview with the HR associate. It was casual - a lot of traditional and behaviour questions for about 30 min. The next day I received an email asking to arrange a second interview at TJX in Mississauga. The second interview lasted for about an hour, it was relaxed, no hard questions, however, the HR managers were taking notes ALL the time so you feel like talking to yourself. They didn't look at me once.
